At Graphic Wala Invites, we prioritize the privacy and security of your personal data. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, store, share, use, and protect information when you create invitations, RSVP to an event, or navigate our portal.

We collect the following classes of data:

• Creator Account Information: Email addresses, contact details, and credentials when you sign up or log in.
• Invitation Details: Event descriptions, names of bride/groom, venues, times, dates, custom event timelines, background music URLs, maps, and Shagun information (UPI pay-to names and UPI IDs).
• Guest RSVP Data: Guest names, confirmation of attendance (Coming, Maybe, Not Coming), total number of guests, diet preferences, wishes, and additional custom notes.
• Usage Data: Standard logs, analytics (via dashboard views), device types, and page visit patterns to help us maintain a responsive layout.

Your data is processed strictly for functional and operational purposes:

• To build, serve, and render your custom digital invitation pages.
• To enable guests to RSVP and securely present guest responses to the event owner in real time.
• To display location details, generate Google Calendar event invites, and render UPI QR codes.
• To troubleshoot, optimize performance, and improve the user experience across mobile and desktop.

Your credentials and invitation parameters are stored securely inside our backend system (Lovable Cloud & Supabase). We protect data transit with end-to-end SSL/TLS encryption.

Our platform embeds UPI payment details in a Shagun QR code format so your guests can transfer gifts directly to you. Since these transfers use external peer-to-peer UPI applications (e.g., Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Graphic Wala Invites does not store bank account passwords, PINs, or process payments on its servers. We never gain access to your financial accounts.

Free trial account details and trial invitations have a limited lifetime. Un-upgraded invitations will be automatically cleaned up and permanently removed from our databases. For upgraded or paid creations, the invitations and guest lists remain on our platform until the event dates conclude, or until the creator manually requests deletion.

You have the right to request access to, edit, or completely wipe out your registration data, templates, and active RSVP responses. If you want to delete your account or any specific RSVP entry manually, you can do so directly from your dashboard or drop us a WhatsApp message.
