Welcome to Graphic Wala Invites (accessible via invites.graphicwala.com). By accessing, browsing, or using our website, digital invitation builder, RSVP management system, and all associated services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Graphic Wala Invites provides a self-service online platform that allows users to design, customize, host, and manage digital event invitations, wedding cards, RSVP forms, event timelines, and payment/gift components (including Shagun QR codes). Services are offered under both free trial options and paid packages.

To create invitations, you must register for an account using a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Paid invitations (indicated as upgraded or custom built by our admin team) will remain fully hosted, active, and persistent until the date of your wedding/event, and will not be subject to automatic trial deletion.

• Payments: Pricing for premium invitation themes, templates, custom assets, or custom builds is clearly specified in our application or quoted directly.
• Shagun QR & Gift Registry: Users may optional upload UPI credentials to generate Shagun QR codes. Graphic Wala Invites serves solely as a presentation tool. We do not process, intercept, hold, or collect transaction fees on payments sent via these QR codes. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of your UPI/payment configuration.
• Refund Policy: Since our service is digital-first with instant delivery, all payments for template upgrades and custom designs are final and non-refundable. Please review and utilize free previews before making a payment.

You retain ownership of any texts, photos, music, and specific event content you upload to Graphic Wala Invites. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute this content solely for the purpose of serving your digital invitations. You agree not to upload offensive, copyright-infringing, defamatory, or unlawful materials.

All template designs, graphics, code, software, layout structures, and brand assets of Graphic Wala Invites are the exclusive intellectual property of Graphic Wala Invites. You may not copy, replicate, extract source codes, or resell our designs.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". Graphic Wala Invites does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access, nor that templates will render identically on every device or browser. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graphic Wala Invites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to such modifications.
